Internet 3: problema velocità rallentata (0,15 KB/s), spunti ed osservazioni

Tra le altre cose... leggendo il contratto... c'è scritto che se 3 ha il diritto di limitare o disabilitare il servizio per compiere lavori sulla rete... però c'è anche scritto che DEVE avvisare il cliente... a me non mi ha avvisato nessuno!!!!!

Non hanno avvisato nessuno di questi 'fantomatici' lavori e io dubito fortemente che siano i lavori la causa....

Scusate ma è possibile che quando sono cappato (come adesso) Shaper Probe non riesca a funzionare?
