se è così come dici tu ancora meglio, perchè potrei farmi chiamare dall'italia con l'opzione international 3 a 15€ al mese per il chiamante e parlare quanto mi pare senza che venga scalato il credito anche a me in USA..tu hai già fatto una prova per vedere se è effettivamente così come dici?

il dubbio che non sia così me lo fanno venire queste parole prese dal loro sito:

il numero americano servirebbe per farti chiamare dagli americani ed evitare che per loro sia una chiamata internazionale..diventerebbe una chiamata domestica
