La scelta ovviamente dovrebbe essere orientata ai cosiddetti chinapad, ma non so se con quel budget riesci a trovare un 10'' con modulo telefonico, probabilmente dovresti scendere a 7''.

Io ho sentito parlare molto bene di questo, che non ha modulo 3G ma dispone di buone caratteristiche e, soprattutto, monta ICS.
