Acquistato telefono: posso riavere i soldi indietro dopo 8 giorni?
Hi!
I am new in Italy and I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy S mobile phone from a WIND shop . This was 6 days ago. I am very dissapointed in the phone - from software, lag..to hardware ..my phone now can only charge with the usb cable from the pc. I want to go to the wind shop and exchange this phone with an Iphone 4 or HTC Desire HD ( as it is in its first 8 days ). If they do not have these phones what can I do do to make sure I get mo money back?
In UK ( inglitera) this was no problem..no questions asked moeny back within first 14 days. I have heard Italy is a bit worst :(
So any suggestions and ideeas are welcome.

Yup...no money back..no exchange even
good evening all
So i went to the store and as I expected they wouldn't return the money nor did they wanted to offer me an exchange with another phone. The "only" possible way , said the store manager, was to give me half of its value ( after 3 days of usage and 15 minutes of talk time ) and that's about it.
So i kept it...and hope I will find a way to cope with it...maybe samsung fixes this lag...etc...
I;m going to upgrade it to 2.2 tonight...apply some lag fixes..who knows.. maybe it's going to work.
What have I learned from this story?
* Never buy phones from Italy again * , they have a long way to go until customer relations achieves the degree it has in the United KIngdom.
