In pratica "riavvia" la connessione alla rete mobile più spesso facendo in modo che il cellulare cerchi una cella migliore... mi piacerebbe capire quanto ciò possa influire sulla durata della batteria e se abbia effetti collaterali tipo quello di risultare irraggiungibile mentr fa il "cycling"...
